The main character, Aiden, is made to be a strong female lead, but by the end, she seems like someone who should have never been given charge of Inferno Squad. It's drawn out, boring, and does nothing for character development. The majority of this book is the Squad going undercover, trying to find out where the Dreamers are getting their information to coordinate their attacks. If you think they're going to be going in behind enemy lines, hitting the rebels where it hurts the most, and getting into intense Star ship fights with their state of the art starship then think again. Unfortunately, this elite group goes on some of the most uninteresting missions of all time. From there, the book transitions to the formation of Inferno Squad, an elite group of imperial operatives. It puts the listener in one of the most iconic moments of the Star Wars universe but you see it through the eyes of an imperial tie fighter pilot. Unfortunately, this book misses out on what I think was most important. So when I heard Inferno Squad would give us a look from the perspective of the Empire AND set up Battlefront II I was excited. I love the voice acting and especially the music intertwined with the different sounds of the Star Wars universe.
