I hope I am not breaching rule 3 as I was using it to try to nail down the issue.ĮDIT: Its been solved now, Was simple just needed to launch the other version of the game and change the gfx settings to low and windowed (smallest) and it seems to be working.About This Game DEFEND YOUR WORLD. Now here is the weird thing, it seems to be limited to maybe the launcher or the latest update as I also ended up downloading *another* 2 versions of the game only 1 patch behind (1.8.2) and (1.5.0) and they both work fine however my legit steam version is not working. I have a gif of it in action for anyone interested. I am not getting the total war game window to appear at all just the process in the task manager. Whats happening is once I hit launch from the TW Launcher is I see the process (WarhammerII.exe) running in the processes tab in the task manager and its starts at like 14%CPU then it gradually dies down till 0% then terminates.
I have been talking to support for about a week now and they are just offering me textbook help of basic stuff I have already tried (reinstalling, Turning off AV, booting the PC into selective services mode) None of these things work. I have Total War Warhammer II on steam and I have played over 100 hours of it maybe last year however I tried to install it recently and the game doesn't want to launch anymore.
